How it Works

  • Have a Sort Out & Bring Your Items to Us

    We are looking for clean, branded clothing and shoes in excellent condition.

  • We Will Check & Price Your Items

    We keep items suitable for sale on the rails for up to 12 weeks.

  • Your Payment

    You will receive 50% of the selling price once sold to spend in store.

  • If Your Items Don't Sell

    Your items will be ready for you to collect, or if you prefer we can dontate them to charity.

Selling Terms & Conditions

Any items we can’t take are packed up ready for you to collect or if you prefer we can donate to charity. If you'd like to collect, we ask that you do so within three weeks.  Items uncollected after three weeks will be donated to charity.

We keep items on the rails for up to 12 weeks depending on stock levels.and if an item isn't selling we may reduce it by up to 20% before removing it. You will receive 50% of the selling price once sold to spend in store.

Please contact us 12 weeks from your selling price confirmation to arrange to collect your unsold items or unsold clothes (we need notice for this so we can get payment and clothes ready for you). We are unable to hold on to unsold items without prior agreement as we have very limited space. To use your vouchers pop into the shop and enjoy spending them on preloved and new stock or if you wanted to use them whilst shopping on our website, contact me on 07413810061 and I will send you your voucher code to add at checkout. These personal voucher codes only work for 12hrs so make sure you have finished adding fabulous items to your basket before adding your code.
