We aim to process your orders the day we receive them and dispatch all goods within 48 hours provided they are in stock.
If your order contains items on pre-order, we will ship all of your items together once your pre-order is ready unless we have agreed to ship as two separate parcels before you place your order.
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £40
Our delivery costs are:
- £3.50 for UK Standard (3-5 days)
- £10 for Europe (5-7 days)
- £20 for USA & Canada (1-2 weeks)
Orders placed during promotions or sales may take a little longer due to higher volumes of orders. Please allow a few extra days for your order to arrive.
Missing or lost parcels
In the unfortunate event that your parcel doesn’t arrive please contact us at below or at email@example.com. We will then provide you will your proof of postage in order for you to contact the postage handler to claim for your parcel.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Flossie & Boo but we do understand that at times products aren’t suitable, please don’t worry if you change your mind!
We ask that you request your Returns Authorisation Number within 14 working days of receiving your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please quote your order number which you will find on your order confirmation email and your full name. Please explain the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide full details.
All items must be returned in the condition that you received it, with all tags still attached and box packaging included where applicable.
Please note that under no circumstances will we accept any returns on items that have been opened, worn, washed, used or altered. This also includes creases in books/posters/prints/cards. If an item is returned and shows any signs that it has been used we reserve the right to return it to you and no refund will be issued. Please take care when handling the packaging as this is considered as part of the product, if this is damaged the return will not be accepted. Returns are only accepted in saleable conditions.
We do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
All our Pre-Loved clothing is hand-picked by me meaning I only sell the best quality items. The items will be in perfect condition without holes, missing buttons and signs of lots of wear!!! Therefore we do not accept returns on any pre-loved clothing or accessories.
In the event I have missed something and you re not happy with your purchase please email me at email@example.com with photographic evidence and I will be happy to arrange a refund.
How to return your purchase
You as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns. Flossie & Boo will not pay the postage of any unwanted items unless they are faulty.
Should you receive a faulty item we will arrange repayment of shipping once goods have been received.
Please read these instructions on how to return an item;
- Please pack up the product/s including all packaging you received the item with (tissue paper, etc).

Please send your return using a secure and trackable method, for example Royal Mail Recorded delivery. Please ask for and keep proof of postage.
